IMPORTANT!
If you got to this page using any other means than the main apply page (the
one with all the categories listed), you risk your application not making it to
the appropriate staffer. Don't rely on your memory or a bookmarked page —
we sometimes change the email accounts or the names of the categories. You might
see the form but it will send to the catch-all account and we can't tell which
categories they are supposed to go to.
Sometimes you will not see the category in the apply form, if this happens,
go back to the Categories Apply Page and click on the
link again. If you don't see the category your application WILL NOT get to the
correct staffer!!!
Series Requirements
- Please make sure you've read the
rules carefully and checked the approved
section before applying.
- If you're applying for more than one fanlisting, please use a
separate form for each fanlisting you want.
- If the fanlisting you want fits into more than one category,
please apply in both categories. Please check the rules
for more information.
- You may submit only six applications at a time for all
categories. If you have already sent in six applications in any of the
categories on this network, you may not apply again until they are either
approved or rejected. If you already have six fanlistings on upcoming, there
is no point in applying because you cannot be approved for anything further.
- If applying for an anime/manga series, please include the full name of the show. Please do not apply with shortened names (ie, KareKano, HaruToki), and PLEASE try to apply with the JAPANESE name. If you have both Japanese and translated names for the series, include both on the form, ie "Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (His & Her Circumstances)".
- Please try not to put special characters in the form (i.e. the e with an accent on top) as they will not show up properly when received and I will have little idea as to what you applied for.
- PLEASE make a note in the comments box as to whether the subject you're applying for is a show/anime or a manga. Note that movies and OVAs now have their own category.
- For series with multiple seasons, you are limited to 1/3 of all seasons or 4 seasons, whichever is less.
- For newly released series (anime that just aired in Japan or manga whose first chapter was just released in Japan), no applications will be processed until at least two weeks have passed since the release.
- No subjects will be approved before they have been released.
- For obvious reasons, you must have seen or read at least part of your subject before applying. For a series, you should have read or watched at least the first episode/volume.
