This is a complete update of all forms I have received; all have been processed and/or replied to. If you have submitted any forms or sent any email and I have not yet responded to them, please feel free to re-submit.
Extension granted:
The following upcoming fanlisting is granted an extension of one week for the owner to fix errors. The owner has until December 9, 2007 to fix the errors in the fanlisting and resubmit the finished form.

Pending Removal: (NOT open for application!)
The owner of the following fanlisting has until December 3, 2007 to reply to the pending removal email AND fix the problem with the fanlisting, or the fanlisting will be removed from the network.
