Thanks for your patience all those of you who applied for Kyou, it was a very difficult decision as there were several excellent applications.  It took the combined efforts of the Category Staff as well as the Senior Staff to come to a decision.  <\/p>\n<p>Also thanks for your patience as the category underwent another staff change as well as dealing with a more than four month backup.
