Those applications are being held for the next update,  so please do not  resubmit. If you do not see your form below and you  have not received a  reply from me, then feel free to resubmit at this  time, so long as it  meets the above listed criteria.<\/p>\n<p>I also do apologize for the early processing, regarding the category  cutoff date, but circumstances required it in order to avoid a late  update!
