However, that subject should have been listed as “NOT open for application” due to the current rule that “Groups of items are not approvable if they can be broken down individually.” Since Usagi’s henshin items can<\/i> be broken down individually, “Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Henshin Items (Sailor Moon\/Tsukino Usagi)” cannot be applied for.
